Working at CRS has been one of the best professional and personal decisions I’ve made. It is such a privilege to be able to spend a summer supporting youth in their journey towards building their understanding of the world, as we build our own understanding of the world. Being in dialogue with campers and staff from all walks of life challenged many of my beliefs in constructive ways. Going in, I was ready for the long hours and the camaraderie, but I did not expect three months to have such an impact on my view of the world.
